Zhejiang Hongzhen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has its production facility located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, a frontier of China’s reform and opening-up drive. As early as 2013, the founding team took a forward-looking approach to researching industrial 3D printing technologies and processes as a replacement for traditional manual production of human models, while simultaneously exploring the R&D of eco-friendly printing materials and high-precision printing equipment. After years of accumulation, the company now owns 1,500 large-scale industrial 3D printers produced independently, with an annual output of 36,000 human models. It has basically built a complete closed loop covering raw material processing, equipment R&D, and large-scale 3D printing production.
Technical strength is the cornerstone of an enterprise’s survival. The company’s 3D-printed human models have gained in-depth recognition in both domestic and international markets. It has applied for 3 invention patents and more than 10 utility model patents, and has also obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification. With its excellent technology and services, the company has established in-depth cooperation with internationally renowned brands such as Adidas Decsent, X-Bionic, The North Face, and Hugo Boss. Its disruptive 3D printing processes and eco-friendly materials have won high acclaim both within and outside the industry.
Focusing on its core product lines, the company mainly offers three categories: display human models, clothing racks, and window display crafts. All products are formed using 3D printing technology and made from sustainable materials such as PP, TPU, straw, and wood powder. While meeting the needs of commercial display, they practice the concept of green environmental protection, setting a new “technology + ecology” benchmark for the industry.

The standard diameter of this filament is 1.75mm, and the precise diameter control can effectively ensure the stability of the printing process and the precision of the finished products, making each printing more reliable.Both the material and color of the filament can be customized according to your specific needs. Whether it is the performance requirements of special materials or personalized color matching, we can meet them, helping you realize a variety of printing ideas. Each roll of filament weighs 4KG, which can reduce the frequency of filament replacement and improve printing efficiency. The spool specifications are 300mm in diameter, 170mm in height, and 35mm in inner hole.
