If the product you receive is damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product. We will arrange reshipment or full refund accordingly.
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost in normal non-defective return cases.
No refund will be accepted for opened, used filament spools, or damage caused by improper operation.
All refund processing will be completed within 3-7 working days after we confirm the returned goods.
